Reschedule:
You can reschedule through your Kidxy Account under Booking History. Rescheduling must be done either 2 hours prior to activity time or close of business hours (for All-Day activities).

• Non-promotional Activities booked through Kidxy.com are allowed to be rescheduled up to 5 times
• Promotional Activities booked through Kidxy.com are allowed to be rescheduled up to 3 times
